The provider did not always promote people’s independence and ensure people were fully aware of their rights and had meaningful choice and control over their own care. People were generally not offered choices in their meals and how they could spend time. A range of activities was organised for people out in the community, but these were planned for people rather than with them.People were supported to maintain relationships that were important to them.People were supported to meet their relatives out in the community.
