During a routine inspection
People we spoke with had praise for the way staff treated them. They had no complaints or concerns and liked the manner of the staff. People described the staff as being, "Lovely" and "A good lot". One person also told us that they attributed the good condition of their skin to the standard and quality of support and care provided by the service.
People told us that they felt, "Safe" because of the respectful way that staff treated them. We were also told that this feeling of safety was because staff provided people's support and care in a skilled and competent way.
