The practice carried out ongoing patient surveys and encouraged online reviews. We were provided with a recent patient survey. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included; “I am a long-standing patient at this practice and as ever excellent care and service. Would not want to go anywhere else”, “Exceptional. I always recommend to family and friends”, “Very informative, explained everything in detail. Gave great advice without being pushy. I would highly recommend this dental practice.”
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff. For example, staff could access wellbeing advice helplines and resources.
