Kindness, compassion and dignity
The provider always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect. However, we did find some minor areas for improvement, such as occasions when staff spoke in their first language, a small number of instances where people told us they were supported at a quicker pace. These did not detract from the overall caring culture but were noted as areas for the provider to continue monitoring.
