During a routine inspection
We spoke with five people who received personal care. Everyone had something positive to say about their care. One person said 'I do feel in charge. If I ask they will do things differently. They run my bath and assist me. I am very satisfied.'
People we spoke with were all very positive about the treatment they received from the staff. One person said 'The staff are excellent. Very helpful. The manager is very good. Nothing is too much trouble.'
