Our view of the service

Furzeham Lodge Care Home provides care and support to older people, some of whom may be living with dementia or physical disability. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing or personal care as single package under one contractual agreement. The service accommodates up to 22 people in one adapted building. On the day of the off-site assessment call, there were 19 people living at the home. We started the assessment on 1 March 2024 and ended on 5 March 2024. We looked at one quality statement, Governance, management, and sustainability. At our last inspection the service was rated good. At this assessment the service remains good.
