During a routine inspection

We were told that staff were very helpful and always talked to people. One person said staff helped them to cook their meals. They said they liked living in their flat and had all the help they needed.

We were informed by people that they felt safe in their home. They told us they would talk to the staff if they had concerns. One person using the service told us that they were able to ask staff for help and advice about any aspect of their care.
