During a routine inspection
A variety of activities were available, however not all people chose to engage in them. People were clear about who they could speak to if they had a complaint or felt at risk of harm. There were appropriate quality control procedures are in place for the home. One person noted 'I like it here.' A relative, had noted in a feedback questionnaire 'I have been very impressed with the standard of care my [relative] has received whilst he has been at 146 Carlingford Road.'
