During an inspection in response to concerns

People were being moved from the service to other placements while we were carrying out our visits. Some people were unsettled and some were upset. Some people said that they were happy with their care at the home and were happy with the manager. One person said that some of their money had gone missing while at the home, and this had been referred to the local authority safeguarding team. However, a high proportion of people, using the service, were unable to express their views on the care that they were being given, due to communication difficulties or their general medical condition.
