Our view of the service
This assessment was carried out as part of our regular monitoring of service. This was a first assessment for this Home care service. We carried out our assessment remotely and started gathering information on the 4th February 2026.
People received safe, person‑centred care from a reliable and well‑organised service. Staff were kind, respectful and knew people well. Risks were assessed and monitored, and staff responded quickly when people’s health changed. Care was effective, with assessments and care plans regularly reviewed and delivered in line with good practice.
Staff worked collaboratively with external professionals and advocated for people when additional help was needed.
The service was well‑led. The registered manager promoted an open, supportive culture where staff felt valued and able to speak up. Audits and incident reviews were used to drive continuous learning and improvement. Overall, people experienced good outcomes and a consistently high standard of care.
