Equity in experiences and outcomes
Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this.
People were enabled to access areas of the home, including lounge, dining areas, toilets and the garden. Some areas of the home required access using a key fob including the reception area door, stairways and the lift. This was to help keep those people living with dementia safe.
People received care and support tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. People had fair and equal access to health professionals when they needed, to help support with the positive health outcomes.
