Our view of the service

- This inspection was the first since May 2016 when the service was rated good overall.
- We rated the service as good at this inspection.
People's experience of this service
We attended the hospital to speak to patients and also reviewed feedback from those who had used the service; all patient feedback was extremely positive and recommended the service, staff and procedures.
We saw all patients were cared for with the appropriate levels of care and sensitivity by experienced staff during their stay at the hospital throughout their treatment journey. All patients and their family members were met by staff showing sensitivity and understanding. Patients and relatives gave positive feedback about the hospital, staff, care and treatment given, the ward and facilities.
