People experienced a person-centred approach, and this helped to ensure an equity of experiences when accessing health and social care. The provider advocated well for people and worked closely with people and their families to try to improve health and care outcomes for them.

The registered manager and leadership team ensured staff understood people’s immediate needs and preferences.
