During a routine inspection
People told us that they had seen their care plans and that staff talked to them about their care plans. We were told that their relatives were also involved in their care plans.
We were told by people that they felt very safe living at the service. They told us that they were looked after very well, and if they did not feel safe they would talk to the staff and the manager. They stated that they would also tell their relatives if they had not felt safe at any time.
People who used the service told us that the home was always clean and tidy and that they liked their bedrooms.
We were told that there were always enough staff around the home when they needed them. People told us that staff attended to them whenever they asked them to, and that the call bells were quickly answered.
People who used the service told us that staff always listened to what they had to say and would do as they were asked. They stated that all the staff at the home were very kind and looked after them well.
