During an inspection in response to concerns

People who use the service told us that they were happy with the staff who visited them. Comments made to us about the service included 'they seem to be alright', 'they have a chat to me, I've no problems with them', 'they come at decent times, other than if they can't help it, like in the snow' and 'they stop the right time, they stay for half an hour or not far off'. We were also told that staff kept them informed if there were any problems or they were going to be late.

Staff we spoke to confirmed that they'd been through a formal recruitment process, which included the relevant safety checks before they started working with vulnerable people. They also told us that their rotas included travelling time where this was needed and that they had time to provide the length of visits that people were expecting. We were told that staff rotas were organised well and that the number of staff visiting people was kept to a minimum to help consistency. They felt that there were enough staff and that staff worked well together.
