The provider demonstrated a strong and embedded commitment to treating people with kindness, empathy and compassion, while consistently respecting their privacy and dignity. Feedback from people and their relatives was overwhelmingly positive regarding both the care they received and the quality, professionalism and diligence of staff in carrying out their roles.

People benefited from genuine continuity of care through a well-established and consistent staff team. Staff were able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of people's needs, preferences and personal circumstances, reflecting the strong relationships they had developed with those they supported.

The provider's approach to delivering compassionate, person-centred care was distinctive in the positive outcomes achieved for people and was evidenced through the experiences and examples shared by them and their relatives. People were consistently placed at the centre of their care and support journey, with ongoing consultation ensuring that their views, preferences and choices were listened to, respected and upheld.
