At the focused inspection on 2 April 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations.
A general data protection regulation (GDPR) compliant accident book was available.
A closed-circuit television (CCTV) privacy impact assessment was available.
A CCTV privacy notice which included rationale for the CCTV and contact details of the data controller was available for patients and visitors.
NHS patient identifiable records were stored securely.
The most current infection prevention and control audit reflected current practice.
