Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included “The appointments never feel rushed, time is taken to explain everything, I don’t feel any pain or discomfort as staff really care about you”.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with the 2025 patient survey results, 100% of patients that completed the survey rated that they felt confident in their dentist. Other key highlights of the survey included the professionalism staff demonstrated, family friendly and clean clinical environment.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
