During an inspection in response to concerns
Relatives we spoke to told us that they had been involved in helping to assess care needs as their relative and felt the staff provided good care.
People told us that they enjoyed activities such as bingo and quizzes but there weren't enough activities.
We were told that there was a good variety of food on the menu and that the cook would always offer an alternative or make special requests if possible
Relatives told us that there was good attendance from people and their families at the relatives meeting and that they felt it was a useful and an important meeting.
