During a routine inspection
Relatives of people who live at the home have written letters and cards which describe what they think of the home. They have said that they appreciate the care, dedication and kindness of the staff.
The manager has told us about her plans for improving the home so that people who live there have an even better service.
The staff told us that they are well supported and that they like their work at Redcotts.
