Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

All patient feedback we reviewed was wholly positive about the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

One patient told us, “Always a pleasure to visit here. Receptionist and dental staff are not only friendly, but importantly excellent in their professionalism and care for me. I used to be nervous about having my teeth seen to, but this is now not so. I would recommend the team to anyone.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

One staff member told us that they felt it was a caring practice. They felt involved and appreciated. They felt that the practice was very organised and provided treatments to a high standard which was reflected in their online reviews. They said it was a nice building and patients liked the space and friendly smile they received on arriving. They told us patients also appreciated the car park.
