Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

We reviewed patient feedback available online and feedback received directly by the practice. This feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and the care provided.

Patients consistently described staff as “welcoming,” “friendly,” “professional,” “kind,” “courteous,” “reassuring,” and “attentive.” Feedback indicated that staff “listened,” “explained treatment clearly,” and “made patients feel at ease.”

Comments included: “Staff were friendly and informative and made me feel at ease from start to finish,” and “Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well cared for.”

Patients said they felt treated with kindness, respect and compassion, and as individuals whose personal and cultural needs were respected. Feedback also reflected that staff acted with integrity and maintained privacy and confidentiality.

The practice shared results from a patient survey, which showed high levels of satisfaction with staff attitudes, communication, and the care provided. Staff also told us they felt respected, valued, and supported in their roles, with their wellbeing promoted by the practice.
