Our view of the service
Date of Assessment: 2nd December 2024. The service was previously inspected on the 27th of March 2023 and was rated Good overall. We carried out this inspection to follow up on concerns raised from an Oral Health inspection in September 2024 as there were concerns regarding Infection prevention and control and there had been a change in management.
People's experience of this service
We looked for evidence that people were protected from abuse and avoidable harm.
At our last assessment, we rated this key question as Good. At this assessment, the rating has changed to Requires improvement.
