Kindness, compassion and dignity
The practice continually gathered patient feedback and encouraged online reviews. From the patients that responded in the month of May 2025, 92% stated they would recommend the practice.
Overall, online patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “Highly recommend. Made to feel at ease, all options and treatment explained fully and clearly by very friendly staff. Made going to the Dentist a pleasure!”, “Amazing service and expertise provided that could not be offered by my own private dentist”, “Very pleased with the results… worked round late appointments particularly with school hours. Explained the process well and good aftercare.”
We were informed that any issues raised would be reviewed and addressed as appropriate. We also noted that the practice responded to all online feedback.
Staff reported feeling respected, valued, and supported in their roles, and said their wellbeing was actively promoted. Leaders also described the steps they took to support staff wellbeing and maintain a positive working environment.
