Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre

We did not rate safe as this was a focused assessment and we did not cover all quality statements within this key question. We found aspects of the service were not always safe and there was limited assurance about safety. There was an increased risk that people could be harmed. The service was in breach of legal regulations in relation to consent, assessing risks, staff training, safe premises and processes and records. We assessed 5 quality statements.  These were learning culture, safeguarding, involving people to manage risks, safe environments, safe and effective staffing for the safe key question.
