Our view of the service

We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 29 September 2026.

We found the practice had met regulations.

The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks, including infection prevention and control.

Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles.

There was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.

The practice should review the recruitment procedures to ensure the policy is followed.

The practice should implement an effective system for recording, investigating and reviewing accidents, incidents and significant events.

The practice is located in The Springs Park Retail Park in Leeds and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

There was on-site parking, including dedicated parking for disabled people and step-free access to the practice, ground floor treatment rooms and an accessible toilet.

The practice had 6 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 47 staff, of which there were 11 dentists, 11 dental nurses including 1 trainee, 2 dental therapists, 2 dental hygienists, 3 receptionists, the practice manager and a team of treatment co-ordinators, business managers and administrators. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 2 dentists, 3 dental nurses, 1 dental hygienist, 1 receptionist, a patient experience manager, the practice manager and the regional manager.
