On and/or before 07 May 2025, the employer was found in breach of regulation 6, Employer’s duties: establishment of general procedures, protocols and quality assurance programmes.
Description
An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection of the nuclear medicine department.. This identified concerns around the quality and content of employer's procedures and how they apply to clinical practice.
The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 19 September 2025.
