Belinda took up the position of non-executive director in 2021.

Belinda is a registered mental health nurse who has held senior executive posts in the NHS, Independent and Charity sectors.

She was the Chief Executive of Sheffcare, a leading adult social care charity in Sheffield and has worked on many national projects establishing best practice for older people with multiple long-term conditions and people living with dementia. Belinda is currently also the interim Chair of Healthwatch and is also Chair of Words for Wellbeing, a Mental health charity.

Belinda has worked in The Social Care Institute for Excellence and the National Institute for Health and Social Care Excellence; this is where she developed national guidelines for the delivery of health and social care.
