The trust has been told to improve the care of those who receive its specialist mental health and learning disability care.

Our latest report identifies that Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust must improve areas relating to:

  • the safety and suitability of its premises.
  • the care and welfare of people who use its services.
  • cleanliness and infection control.
  • staffing.
  • respecting and involving people.
  • record-keeping.

The trust is now taking appropriate action to make these improvements.

We will follow up on these concerns to ensure that the trust is compliant with our essential standards.
