We will soon begin inspecting 18 NHS trusts under our new model and we want you to get involved by coming along to one of our listening events.

From September, we will be using a new approach to inspect acute hospitals.

Professor Sir Mike Richards, our new Chief Inspector of Hospitals, recently announced the first 18 NHS trusts that would be inspected before the end of the year.

Come to a listening event and share your experiences with us

The first four listening events will be held for people who want to share their experiences of:

We welcome anyone who has received care from these trusts to come along and:

  • talk to us about your experiences.
  • share feedback on how improvements need to be made at the trust.
  • find out how the new inspections will be carried out.

Our inspectors will use your views and experiences to determine which areas to look at during the inspections.
