Apply to carry out an activity we regulate as a registered manager.

You must not start providing a new regulated activity until your application has been assessed and accepted by us.

If you're planning to carry out an activity you're already registered for at a new location, you need to apply to add a location instead.

Tell us about the regulated activity

You need to complete a separate application for each new regulated activity.

More than one existing location

If you want to provide the new activity at more than one existing location, you also need to fill in one of these forms for each additional location.

Only apply or make changes to your registration when you are ready for the change to take effect.

If you submit your application too far in advance of the effective date we may return it. You will need to submit it closer to the date of change.
