Violence and aggression towards our staff
We have a zero tolerance against violence and aggression towards our staff. We will treat you with courtesy and respect and in return our staff expect the same.
The safety of our staff is very important to us. All our staff have the right to work in a safe and healthy environment. Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, aggression, racial or sexual abuse, discrimination or physical assault will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Violence against our staff is a crime and we will take action against anyone who behaves in a violent or aggressive manner.
