Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must, within 14 days of this condition taking effect conduct an audit of risk assessments and care plans of all service users to ensure they accurately reflect and record the level of risk and care needs. The provider must then send to the Care Quality Commission written documentation of the action plan that arises from that audit.
The Registered Person must then submit the above information in the form of an action plan on the last Friday of every month.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Bethany Homestead .

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 38 service users at Bethany Homestead.
