Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for assessment or treatment is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from The Bridge Care Home.

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from The Bridge Care Home.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at The Bridge Care Home.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 71 service users at The Bridge Care Home.
