The registered provider must not provide Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for assessment or treatment is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Christopher Grange Residential Care.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 78 service users at Christopher Grange Residential Care.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Christopher Grange Residential Care.
