Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within 14 days of the conditions taking effect, the Registered Provider must designate a competent individual to undertake audits of all care records for service users receiving care at Deer Park Care Home.

On the seventh day of each month after the condition has taken effect, a competent individual must produce a monthly report to the Commission about the outcome of the audits to include all areas of concern, including pressure care, hydration, and nutrition. This report must include actions taken as a result of the audits to ensure any risks identified have been assessed and mitigated appropriately. This report must specify when the actions have been or will be completed and highlight who is responsible to ensure that the required improvements are made.
