Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Person must create an action plan in relation to how they will improve care in the following areas; mental capacity assessments, care planning, incidents, environmental safety (including fire and legionella) and hydration.

A copy of the action plan and what actions have been completed must be sent to the commission within 7 days of this notice coming into effect and thereafter a report showing progress against the action plan must be sent to the commission on the first Monday of every month.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Venetia House.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 10 service users at Venetia House.
