One staff member said, “People have their choices respected and we work with them to make sure we understand what these are. We are led by the people here.”

People were unable to share their views with us. Our observations of staff seeking feedback from people about all aspects of their day to day care were positive.

The provider ensured information was made available to people in a way they could understand to ensure they could have maximum involvement in planning and directing their own care and support. This supported people achieve good outcomes.
