The Registered Provider must, within 7 days of the condition taking effect, send to the Care Quality Commission a report detailing the outcome of a review of risks to service users. The report should detail any remedial or immediate action taken along with any other action that the registered provider plans to take as a result of the outcome of the report. The report should include associated timescales for completing the actions and highlight who will be responsible to ensure that the required improvements are made in respect of the following – risk assessments of all service users, environmental risk assessments, wound care plans, medicines administration records for all service users and a review of accidents and incidents. The registered provider must then send the Care Quality Commission an updated report on the first Tuesday of every month thereafter.
