During an inspection in response to concerns

The Trust carried out a community equipment patient satisfaction survey to determine the views of people who use the service. The questionnaire based survey took place between January and February 2010 with 90 people completing the questionnaire. Results from the survey overall were positive with 87% of respondents rating the service as excellent or very good. Comments about the service were encouraging. For example one of the people who participated in the survey said:

'I just want to say a good thank you to all the staff, for excellent treatment and care for me. From delivery men to support staff and office staff thank you.'
