People we spoke to said the food was good and they had a choice. They said they the staff were nice, and that they liked their rooms.

People spoke about recent trips to the coast, and that they were involved in choosing activities and outings.

People told us that they felt safe at the home, they were treated well, and identified people they would talk to if they were not happy.
