During a routine inspection

We spoke with fourteen people who used the service, four relatives, seven members of staff and the registered manager. People told us that they were generally very happy with the care and support they, or their relatives, had received. One person told us 'They are excellent, they do what I ask and give me what I need'. Another said 'I would recommend the staff.'

One member of staff told us that they 'really enjoyed their work and had wonderful people to support'. The others said there was support and training available to help them "deliver really personalised care". Some staff told us how much they valued their support manager, and how helpful the Registered Manager was.

Staff said there was sufficient information in the support plans to be able to assist each person, and that the care plans were clear and personalised. They said they always read the information and checked with people that nothing had changed.
