During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us that they felt the mental health services provided them with enough support and that the staff treated them with dignity. One person told us 'I love the groups, it's all great', while another person told us 'I think they (the mental health staff) are helpful and they do listen to me'.

Overall we found that people were assessed and treatment was provided in accordance with that assessed need. There were enough suitably qualified staff to meet the needs of the service and there were a number of checks in place to monitor the quality of the services being provided.
