During a routine inspection

People using the service told that they are satisfied with the care they receive and feel safe on the wards. If they had any concerns, they would report it to the ward manager or their key worker. Each person has an identified key worker and although each ward has a scheduled programme of activity, some people told us that they did not always have something to do that they enjoyed. People who use the service told us that they have given consent for their treatment and are aware of the reason they are on the wards. Most people who use the service told us that they received their medicines at designated times.
