During a routine inspection

During our visits to the service we spoke with thirteen people who used the service. They told us that they were consulted with about the care that they were provided with, that they felt that their needs were met and that their choices were listened to. They also told us that the staff treated them with respect, that the staff were available when they needed them and that they responded to requests for assistance promptly. They told us that they were provided with a choice of meals, that the food was of good quality and that they were provided with enough to eat and drink.
