During an inspection in response to concerns

There was a calm and peaceful atmosphere in the unit when we visited. We spoke with four people who told us that they were comfortable and pleased with their care. They told us that nurses and care workers answered their call bells quickly.

We saw that people were treated kindly and spoken to with respect by the nurses and care workers we met. People we spoke with told us they feel well looked after and safe. One person told us 'It's excellent. All of the staff help you all they can; they're so good.' Another person confirmed that staff had looked after them gently and had been polite and respectful.
