During a routine inspection

We spoke to eight of the nine people who were using the service at the time of our site visit. All expressed positive views about the service and the staff who worked there. They told us that, it was 'good' and 'brilliant'. They said that the staff were, 'friendly', 'fantastic' and 'respectful'. With the exception of one person they told, that the food they received was, 'nice' and 'good'. They said that there were things to do when they were not taking part in their treatment programmes and that their accommodation was clean and comfortable. They told us that they felt safe and they knew how to complain if they were unhappy about anything.
