During a routine inspection
Patients we spoke with were positive about the quality of care and treatment received. One patient referred to their dental care as '9/10' whilst another commented that care was 'very good.'
Staff we spoke with demonstrated an understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. They were able to describe possible types of abuse such as physical abuse, emotional abuse and dental neglect. They knew how and to whom they would report a safeguarding alert.
We saw that the reception room, waiting room and treatment rooms were clean and clutter free. None of the patients we spoke with expressed concerns about cleanliness with one patient observing that the practice was 'spotless.'
None of the patients we spoke with expressed concerns about the accuracy or confidentiality of patient records.
