During a routine inspection

We saw comments from other people during care plan reviews. Comments included:

This visit found that the care and welfare of people was promoted through the use of detailed assessments, personalised care plans and the assessments of potential risks faced by people in their everyday lives. We saw that systems were in place for the reporting of any allegations of abuse and staff had received training in this. The agency had a robust recruitment policy and had taken steps to ensure that staff were fully supported in their role. We saw that the service sought to monitor the quality of its service in a variety of ways and on an on-going basis.
