During a routine inspection
People were provided with the information they needed and were spoken with in a respectful manner.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People told us they were always asked about their medical history and consulted about their dental treatment plan.
There were policies and practices in place to prevent cross infection and maintain hygiene.
Staff received appropriate training, supervision and support in order to carry out their roles and responsibilities.
People using the service were informed about how to make a complaint and the provider had a system for investigating and resolving any complaints.
